Fall Inspired Dessert

So this is a dish that our lovely chef Nick thought of and made in a very short time frame. On the bottom of the plate is a basic caramel sauce, then apples cooked in butter and coated in granulated sugar and cinnamon. On top of the caramel sauce is a crunchy peanut butter (the aspect of the dish that went a bit controversally between all of us). And on top of the apples was fresh ricotta cheese (best part of the dish is the apples and ricotta!)
As always, hope you enjoy our work!

Focaccia Bread

Using a basic Ciabatta bread dough and a standard half sheet pan, you can easily transform plain bread into a amazing treat.

Simple toppings include olives, sauteed Red Bell Pepper, sauteed onions, olive oil, basil and oregano create this amazing treat.

Welcome to Freelance Culinary!

My fellow colleagues and I want to be able to give our passion to the public by showing finished dishes and giving recipes to follow as guidelines . This is my first post but more will come enjoy what we have now.
